Glee star Heather Morris has finally admitted she did have breast implants - but she hated them so much she recently had them removed.

She angrily denied that she had surgery earlier this year, telling American Cheerleader magazine in February that her bustier form was just the result of good bras.

But the 24-year-old actress, who plays ditzy Cheerio Brittany in the hit show, has now come clean about going under the knife.

Morris told the latest issue of Fitness magazine that her bigger chest was too painful when she exercised so she recently had the implants taken out.

'Implants were something I thought I wanted when I was younger, and now I don't,' she said.

'It was hard being active with them, because my chest was always sore. It hurt a lot, and I didn't like being in pain - so they had to go!'

'I love acting, but if it affects my relationship, I won't carry on doing it.'

Insisting she gets her great body from '23 years of dancing' because she 'started dancing when I was one', she says she is dying to try one workout - Gwyneth Paltrow's.
