Scarlett Johansson stocks up at the supermarket after 'moving into Sean Penn's $3.8m home'

Undercover shopper: Scarlett Johansson tried to go unnoticed in a dark hat when she nipped out to buy groceries near Sean Penn's Malibu home yesterday

Hiding behind her trilby hat, Scarlett Johansson looked eager to go unnoticed when she popped out for some groceries yesterday.

The Iron Man 2 star, who this week denied speculation she is pregnant, called into a supermarket in Malibu looking more like an undercover agent than a Hollywood siren.

Dressed down in a grey sweater, jeans and a leather biker jacket, Scarlett made a big effort to go unnoticed by keeping her gaze lowered and hiding her famous face under her hat.

In and out: The quickly picks up some healthy snacks in the local store

Scarlett is rumoured to have moved into her boyfriend Sean Penn's nearby $3.8million seaside home.

The pair are still remaining tight-lipped about their relationship, but were spotted out jogging together this week near Sean’s residence.

The actress’s appearance that day sparked pregnancy rumours after she was pictured in her running gear looking more curvaceous than usual.

Healthy choices: Scarlett's purchases include almond milk and fresh ginger

She quickly denied the rumours, with a spokesperson saying: ‘She's outside running and it's simply the placement of her shirt that is misleading.’

They added: 'She's been training for The Avengers for over four months and is in the best shape of her life.'

It is believe Scarlett, 26, moved in with Penn, 50, just a few days earlier after having spent a prolonged amount of time in a West Hollywood hotel.

Keeping fit: Sean Penn was out jogging again today with his personal trainer

Scarlett has only just finalised her divorce from ex-husband, Ryan Reynolds, and Penn has only been divorced a short time himself after his marriage to Forrest Gump star, Robin Wright, ended in August 2009.

For the time being, they wish to keep their social life as quiet and calm as possible.

The Us Weekly source added: ‘They just stay home whenever they can.’
