Is that you Goldie Hawn? No, it's her doppelganger Heather Locklear

Ageing actress Heather Locklear looked a bit weary as she spent the day shopping in California on Wednesday.

And the 49-year-old actually had more than a passing resemblance to Goldie Hawn who is 15 years her senior.

Heather spent the day with her sister Laurie as they went on a spree in Woodland Hills.

The actress who was once the poster girl for fresh faced middle aged beauty had bedraggled hair and a puffy face which she tried to hide behind dark glasses.
She wore a lavender summer dress with silver slippers and carried a black Chanel handbag.

The Spin City and Melrose Place star, who was voted 25th on TV Guide and Entertainment Weekly's Top 100 television icons in 2007, has since become better known for her controversial personal life than her acting.

In April Locklear was arrested on suspicion of hit and run after a no parking sign near the gated community in which she lives was knocked over leaving vehicle debris.

Her car was spotted entering the community showing matching damage.

No charges were filed due to insufficient evidence however a short time after the incident Locklear checked herself into in-patent rehab for treatment for addiction to prescription drugs, checking out the next month.

This was not the first time Locklear has had a troubled private life.

In March 2008 her personal physician called 911 and claimed Locklear was attempting to commit suicide.

The following month Locklear checked into a rehabilitation facility in Arizona for treatment for psychological issues including anxiety and depression.

In September of the same year Locklear was pulled over whilst driving and arrested for driving under the influence.

She was later charged with the offence and put on three years probation.
Heather has one daughter Ava, 13, who was a product of her marriage to Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora. The pair divorced in 2007 after 13 years together.
