It has been admired and revered all over the world. Now it appears Pippa Middleton's shapely behind is inspiring a legion of imitators too.

Cosmetic surgeons in the U.S. are reporting a huge rise in the number of women wanting buttock operations so that they look like her.

Among those to have gone under the knife are Christina Valdez, from Miami.

The single mother, 28, described how she was inspired to emulate Miss Middleton, 27, at the Royal Wedding in April.

She told Good Morning America: 'She's got a nice rump that's not too big. Her frame just looked incredible in that dress.


Transformed: Ms Valdez, 28, had fat removed from her stomach, which was then injected into her buttocks

'I was like, "That's it. This is it, I just have to look like her. If she can look petite and great and still have a nice backside to her, so can I."'

Ms Valdez's surgeon says one in six of those who go under the knife are specifically asking for a 'Pippa butt lift'.

Dr Constantino Mendieta said that if the Nineties was the decade of the 'big booty' made popular by the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Miss Middleton's more modest figure could be the body shape this generation aspires to.

He says that 80 per cent of his patients want buttock operations, and of these, 20 per cent use Pippa as their 'rear idol' in consultations.

'In that wedding gown, she created a stir,' he said. 'People want those dimensions. She's just gorgeous.'

As father to three boys David Beckham has no doubt been imparting all of his footballing knowledge to the youngsters as part of their upbringing.

But it's not just Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz who are benefiting from their father's expertise on the pitch.

Beckham also manages his own team of young players in Los Angeles, and he was pictured training the group of children just this week.

Becks, 36, hit the pitch with Romeo and Cruz in tow to pass on his footballing skills to his posse of youngsters who all appeared to be roughly the same age as his own boys.

With a set of cones neatly laid out on the ground the LA Galaxy star put his team through their paces.

Wearing a trucker style cap, a white T-shirt, rolled up tracksuit bottoms and a grey sweater around his waist Becks appeared at ease in his role as teacher to the team of children.

Beckham will be a free agent when his contract runs out in the US in November.

He has already been linked to Premier League sides Tottenham and Queens Park Rangers.

Mad Men actress January Jones was spotted with her new son Xander Dane for the very first time publicly today.

The new mum also debuted her slim post-pregnancy figure, just two weeks after giving birth to the baby boy.

Dressed for comfort in black trousers, a neutral-colored top and matching boots, the 33-year-old kept a tight grip on her two-week-old as she carried him from the car into her friend's house in Santa Monica, California.

While this is the first time the newborn has been photographed in public, January made sure to protect his face from the cameras by covering him up in a blue and white blanket.

The actress also kept a close watch over the precious cargo, before she took him out of the car.

After January gave birth on September 13, 2011, many thought the father's identity would finally be revealed.

But the baby daddy mystery continued, as the Mad Men actress left the father's name off her newborn's birth certificate.

According to website TMZ.com, she left a 'big, fat blank spot' on Xander's birth certificate in the space where the father's name would normally be printed.

TMZ obtained the document, filed Friday with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, which shows January's son is named Xander Dane Jones.

The actress has so far refused to name the father of the baby.

'Mom and baby are doing great,' her representative said in a statement.

But January may not be a natural with children - the boy who plays her son on Mad Men recently described her as 'unapproachable' - Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner is confident she'll take motherhood in her stride.

He said: 'She has wanted this very badly. She’s got a big heart and she’s been talking about having children since I met her, which is not always common with actresses.

'I think she’s going to be an amazing mother,' he said.

Hollow-eyed and gaunt, the skeletal model stalked down the runway at the Gianfranco Ferré fashion show in Milan last night wearing a dress cut in a deep V that revealed her protruding clavicle and flat chest.

A flurry of flashbulbs popped as photographers vied to get the best shot and the line of fashion editors sitting front row scribbled furiously on their notepads.

If ever there were a case of Emperor's New Clothes at fashion week, it was here.

Did any one of the assembled crowd really think this model - bony cleavage, dark circled eyes - looked good? Could they genuinely say that this image was aspirational? And ultimately, would the model do what must be her main purpose here: sell these clothes to other women?

As debate rages on about the irresponsible use of underweight models in fashion shows, it seems the designers themselves - those with the power to evoke change - are just not listening.

The fitted dress hung off her once feminine curves, while the short-sleeved look drew attention to Demi's incredibly muscular arms.

Fans of the detox plan, who include Gwyneth Paltrow and Beyonce Knowles, claim it eliminates toxins from the body and helps stop cravings.

However, critics say it may be bad for your health and deprives the body of energy, providing 600 calories daily - a third of the recommended amount.

The 28-year-old sought the help of a wall, a bin and her friend to keep her upright as she waited for a car to take her home.

Not only was Nicola struggling to remain vertical but it seemed she had also lost the ability to hold her head up too.

But as the pair passed by a big bin, Nicola was forced to steady herself against it, a distinctly unglamorous scene.

Well, hello there: TOWIE's Mark Wright - who has declared he is steering clear of women for the next two weeks - checked out a pretty blonde in Essex today

He adamantly declared to his best friend and his grandmother that he would be abstaining from girls for the next two weeks.

So either Mark Wright was just playing up to the cameras or he has no willpower at all when it comes to resisting the opposite sex.

Or maybe it was the lonely night in with just a rented DVD for company that finally broke him.

The TOWIE star was spotted in Buckhurst Hill in Essex today as a pretty blonde girl walked towards him.

Where are you going? Oddly, the pair seemed to change direction as they were spotted walking back on themselves, the blonde smiling as Mark continued to look at her

And then for some reason, it looked as though both of them decided to change direction, and she was seen smiling as she walked past him again and continued on her way.

Mark is not one to ignore a pretty face, but on last night's TOWIE episode, the first in the new and third series, Mark announced to James 'Arg' Argent and Nanna Pat that he was so devastated about his split from fiancée Lauren Goodger that he was having a break from women.

He said: I’m genuinely cut to pieces, I don’t want to think about girls I’m not going to talk to another girl for 14 nights.’

'This is my 16th time hosting, which means tonight I'm passing Steve Martin and setting a new record for the most times hosting SNL,' Alec said.

'When you think about it time is on my side. What is Steve? 100? So, no matter how many times he hosts, I'll always have time to catch up.'

Earlier this month, Alec couldn't wait to show off new girlfriend Hilaria when he made an appearance on The Late Show With David Letterman.
